REFUND POLICY

Full payment is due at the time of online registration. $75.00 is completely non-refundable.

Our refund policy is designed to minimize the impact to both parties in the event of a participant's cancellation. Due to expenses incurred with each application (dorm, meal, athletics facility, and transportation deposits, camper gear, as well as staffing based upon number of registrants), it applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

As of Thursday, June 21, 2018, $300.00 is non-refundable.

As of Monday, June 25, 2018, $450.00 is non-refundable.

The entire fee paid is non-refundable for ANY early departures or cancellations as of Thursday, June 28, 2018.
